At framelly, all payments for subscriptions and credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy explains our no-refund stance and the limited circumstances where exceptions may be considered.

Beta Period Refunds

During our beta period, framelly is provided free of charge with 50 credits per day. No refunds are applicable during this period as no charges are made.

Subscription Refunds

No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorations for any subscription fees once payment has been processed.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time once a billing cycle begins
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will remain until the end of your billing period
  • After cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscription payments are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided for unused months in annual subscriptions
  • You can cancel to prevent the next year's renewal, but the current year remains non-refundable

Credit Purchases

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Credits that have been used for image generation cannot be refunded
  • Unused credits do not expire but cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
  • Bonus credits from promotions are not eligible for refunds

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used credits for image generation
  • Downloaded high-resolution images
  • Custom model training services
  • API usage fees
  • Promotional credits or bonuses

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving technical issues or billing errors on our part, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. To report such issues:

  1. Contact our support team at support@framelly.com
  2. Include your account email and detailed description of the technical issue
  3. Provide your order number or subscription details
  4. Include screenshots or evidence of the technical problem
  5. Our team will investigate and respond within 2 business days
